Evelyn woke up to noise. Ugh she had a hang over. She had went to the collge party and hooked up with a guy. She ended up drinking too much. She got up happy her roommate was no where in sight. She walked into the bathroom taking a quick shower. She brushed her teeth and then put some pink sweetpants on and a white tee shirt. She walked out of the girls dorm and started to sing a country song. She made her way to a bench amd sat down. She kept singing since she didn't see anyone around. She loved singing. She wanted to move to Nashville one day and make it in the big time. Evelyn finished her song and leaned back on the bench.

Derrick blinked at his schedule confusedly, huffing. He couldn't find any of these classes. The school was way too immense for his liking, and it was impossible to find any of his classes. He wandered into the courtyard area... well, he hoped it was the courtyard. The person who was giving him a tour only did it so she could meet up with her boyfriend and left two minutes into his tour. So he was alone, and utterly lost. He was distracted when he heard the sound of some girl singing country music. He wrinkled his nose, slightly annoyed by it. He pulled his eyes to some blonde on the bench. Maybe she could help him find his classes. It wasn't like he needed to be at them yet, but he needed to figure out how to get to them. He approached her after a moment, clearing his throat, "Hey, um, I was wondering if you could help me,"

Faith nervously played with the end of her dark brown hair, which she had braided into a pony tail that hung over her right shoulder, as she walked around the school campus, still trying to get use to the whole layout. She had only been to the school a few days and had to miss out on her first day of classes due to morning sickness, but now she was feeling better and had decided to go for a walk, ending up in what she assumed was the courtyard. She bit her lip, stopping when she already saw that a boy and a girl were there and hung back, tugging her sweatshirt out so it looked baggier, even though she was just barely showing she was scared that someone would notice that she wasn't exactly the average teen.

Evelyn looked up to see the hot boy who had came up to her. "What do you need help with?" She asked looking a him with a smile. "I could help depending on what you need" Evelyn said rubning her head. Oh it still hurt. The shower had not helped eased the headache. She wasn't going to drink anymore. She saw a girl standing back. "Hey" she called out to her

Derrick looked down at her patiently, hoping she don't have an annoying Southern accent. He eased a little when she looked up and spoke, without a Southern accent, "I just need help finding my classes," he told her, shifting his weight a little. "It's cool if you can't. I can just ask the office or something for help... If I can find it, that is," he continued, smiling playfully. He brought his attention over to some girl who the other girl spoke to, wondering why but trying not to question it. He just hoped she'd help him out.

"H-hi." Faith replied, slowly walking a little closer to the two so she wouldn't have to talk from the opposite side of the courtyard. She looked at Derrick then down at her feet, she couldn't seem to feel right about boys anymore, being around them made her nervous. Nervous was all she ever felt now. She slid her hands into the front pocket of her sweatshirt.

Derrick blinked at the timid girl, offering her a smile. She looked terrified and he wondered what was wrong. He wouldn't eat her or something, and hopefully neither would the other girl. "Hey," he said casually, sliding his hands into his pockets. He brought his attention back to the girl, Evelyn, when she spoke and introduced herself, "Great, thanks, and I'm Derrick," he said, smiling.

Evelyn smiled. She got up. "So what would you like to see first?" She asked looking at him. She then looked towards the other girl. "Are you okay" she asked

Faith nodded, trying to relax. "Yeah, I'm alright, still trying to get use to it here, it's all so different than where I'm from. Oh, and I'm Faith by the way." she offered a small smile, trying not to seem like a terrified field mouse.

Derrick held out his schedule for her to see, "Any of those places would be fine. Please," he said, hoping desperately for her help. Considering her and the other girl were the only ones around--the other girl seemed new--she was his only hope. He smiled at Faith when she introduced herself, "Nice to meet you, Faith," he said easily, hoping to ease her a bit.

Evelyn took the schedule from him. "Let's see Engliah is closer to where we are now. Then I can show you the gym where they have PE. Then if you want we can go over to the science lab to where most labs are done. Then we can go to the math wing" she said with a smile. "Not that I'm big on school" she said

"nice to meet you both." she offered a small smile then dug around in her pocket, holding a small folded piece of paper in her hand. "Um...do you think you could help me find my classes too? I had a tour before, but the girl wasn't much help, she practically ran from room to room."

Derrick frowned at his schedule, "I don't have PE or math," he told her, wondering if she had noticed or if she was just assuming that he had it. He chuckled a little, "Not that big on school?" he arched a brow. Unlike most, he was actually interested in school. It was important to him, since he wanted to get into a good college. He blinked at Faith curiously, "Where are you from?" he asked, furrowing his brows.

"Of course" Evelyn said to her. "Let me take a look and see what classes you have" Evelyn said as she handed Derrick his thing back. She started walking. "So here in the park. You can do whatever here. Study, readd or just have some quiet time" she said

Elizabeth walked through the halls, a schedule and a picture in her hand. One of the women up at the office had put her up to the task of finding her new roommate and showing her around the school. She felt really awkward about the whole entire situation. What was the going to say when she found her? 'oh, hey. I was told I had to find you, so I ran around the entire school, looking like and idiot, with your picture in my hand.' Yeah, that wouldn't be creepy at all.
She ran a hand through her long hair, not taking her eyes away from the schedule. She hadn't been at any of her classes to meet the teachers yet, so where in the hell could she be?
Elizabeth tripped going through the doorway leading to the courtyard, grabbing onto the closest person who just looked at her in disgust.
"I'm so sorry!" she said, though the boy helped her out, asked her about her well-being, and she sent him on his way.
Well, at least there were only a couple people out in the courtyard and none of them seemed to have noticed her fumble. When she saw that one of them was her new roommate, Faith, she let out a sigh of relief. Thank GOD.
She hurried over to the girl, not wanting to be too forward, so she slowed her pace as she got closer. "Hey, Faith? I'm Elizabeth, you're new roommate. I was sent to track you down and make sure you made it to your classes okay."

"Sorry" she said with a faint smile. "I wasn't really looking at it a lot. I though I saw it on there" she said with a small smile. She kept walking. She gave Faith her class list back.

Faith took it and looked back in surprise at Elizabeth. "Oh, hi." she offered what she hoped looked like a kind smile, "Sorry I was hard for you to find, I had to miss out on my first few classes though, I wasn't feeling very good this morning, I kinda of have a stomach thing, don't worry though, it's not contagious or anything." she looked at her roommate, wondering if Elizabeth knew she was pregnant, but how would she even go about trying to know if she knew or not, some way though she'd have to tell Elizabeth, especially since she always had bad morning sickness.

Derrick smiled when Evelyn handed him his schedule back, blinking down at it. The only place he actually managed to find was his dorm, but that was because he was guided there by someone who actually pretended to care. "Wait so where are the most important rooms exactly?" he asked, since he figured it'd be necessary to know where the eateries were.
