Elizabeth gave Faith a little smile. "It's all good. It's kind of normal on your first day to miss a few classes anyways. All the teachers really do is hand you some packets talking about what is going on in the classes, hand you a list of all the dates of your tests, and send you on your marry way after they have you sign a bunch of papers that legally takes all your rights away. I'm sure they will just let you do all that tomorrow," she said with a little shrug before looking over at the other two. "Oh, am I already interrupting a tour group?" she asked Derrick, giving him a little smile. She then turned her attention to Evelyn. "Mind if we both tag along? Maybe I can help you point out all the 'awesome' key factors of our school?" she said, already seeing that Evelyn was going to give them a long, pointless, tour outlining all the trees and pretty scenery that the school had to offer.

Evelyn took him by the arm. "The most important rooms" she said and started leading him around. "There is the gym which is where we have games and fun events. The dinner hall" she said as they ented it. "You can eat in here up until nine at night." Evelyn said. She then led him to where his classes were."and about the not so into school well I'm not such a great student. I try but I struggle." She said. She glanced at Elizabeth. "If you want" she said not really paying her a big mind

Faith half smiled, relaxing with Elizabeth, at least someone was warm welcoming. "Come along, it should be fun. It's nice to finally meet you. I was hoping that I wouldn't be stuck with some kind of weirdo."

Derrick blinked when she took his arm, though refrained from saying anything as she began leading him around. "Awesome, thanks for the help," he said, "But, where are all of the classroom wings? What are the fastest ways to get to places?" he asked, hoping that she would help him out a little better. He followed her gaze to Elizabeth, returning her smile. Well she was attractive. He tried not to stare, pulling his gaze off of her quickly, since he didn't want to seem creepy. He glanced over at Faith, noticing that she was easing up a bit. That was good. She looked so scared and he couldn't help wondering why. He shook off the thought and cleared his throat, "Also, where are some good places to go out of school?" he asked with a small smirk, raising a brow at he.

"Well you are full of questions aren't you?" Evelyn asked with a smile. She started walking again. "Well here are some other wings" she said showing him. "Well it really depends where you are." Evelyn said."But from here to get to most of your classes you can walk through that walk way" she said pointing. "Then you can also go in the buildings when its wet out side or it is raining" she said. "To answer you last question there is a mall not far from here. There is the park we were in before. Then there is different small diners and food places" she said

"It's great to finally meet you, too," Elizabeth said with a warm smile as she followed the group. Evelyn was already starting to leave a bad taste in her mouth, but she decided to leave that be for the sake of the other two in the group. Elizabeth wasn't the confrontational type, and was usually pretty great at getting along with people, but there was something completely stand-offish about Evelyn that just rubbed her the wrong way. Elizabeth looked at Faith, wondering if she had a lot of bad experiences with people that would make her assume that her roommate would have been a 'weirdo'. Was she already having trouble fitting in at school. "I'm just happy I got stuck with someone who isn't a bitch. At least, you don't seem like a bitch to me. Last year I got stuck with this girl, Katelynn. She was absolutely horrid. She was great at criticizing just about anything about me, and she would bring home a new guy every night. There would be times I would go and sleep outside my dorm, because I preferred to not be in there," She said with a little grimace to Faith. It was absolutely horrid. She just hope that Faith wasn't like that. Elizabeth then turned her attention to Derrick, finding herself looking him up an down a few times. He definitely wasn't terrible to look at, but she shook her head in an attempt to make her checking him out not too obvious. "The best place to hang out, in my opinion, is the beach. It's a good thirty minutes away from here, but well worth the drive," she said to Derrick with a little smile. She then looked back over at Faith. "What class do you want to see first?"

Faith looked at Elizabeth in surprise after hearing about her past roommate. "Don't worry, I'm nothing like that, I'm too shy to even talk to boys anymore." she blushed lightly and looked down, her thoughts drifting back to her home town, but a frown crossed her face. Quickly she wiped the frown away and looked back up, "I think it'd be good to see where my first class is, I have ceramics."

"Well what can I do? It's not like anybody else helped me. Questions are all I got," Derrick said with a little shrug. He nodded slowly as she continued with her tour, glad for the help. "What about the beaches?" he asked curiously. He was honestly more interested as to what was going on at the beaches, since it was the better part about living in California. Regardless that he lived by a beach in Oregon, it was nicer down south and he couldn't stop his curiosity. However, his question was answered soon enough by the tall blonde and he smiled, "Thanks. I'll check it out sometime," he said, offering her a warm smile

Evelyn nodded. "I understand" she said. She nodded. "Yea the beaches are great" she said. She looked at Elizabeth. "Anything else he should know?" She asked trying not to seem like a bitch. She glanced over at. Faith. "Why are you shy? Your a pretty girl. Really" she said with a smile

Elizabeth thought for a second, trying to think of ways to make it easier for them. "Each wing of the school is separated in hundreds. Art, musical, theater, and most electives in general are in the 100's wing. History classes are in the 200's wing, Math in the 300's, English in the 400's, and Science in the 500's. Each wing is actually it's own building, and they are all numbered. In general, the easiest and quickest way to get to your classes is through the courtyard, since they are all numbered and all have a doors leading out to the courtyard. If the weather is rough, you can always go through the hallways since each building is linked together with a hallway in between, but if you are wanting to go from the Electives building to the Science building it is a bit of a fight through the crowd to get there and can take forever. So I prefer to fight through the weather and just walk through the courtyard," she said with a little shrug, not terribly sure how to explain it better. The school was huge, but it was really simple to get around. "There is also a small movie theater on campus, a chipotle, a U-swirl, and a few other shops around. They are all marked by signs," she said, pointing up to signs with arrows that indicated where most of the shops were. Elizabeth gave Derrick a little smile. "Maybe we could all go to the beach some time? It's really nice." She then looked back over to Faith. "You are so lucky to have ceramics! It is ran by, seriously, one of the hottest teachers ever. It is in the 100's wing," she said, pointing through the building that was marked 'art 100's'.

Faith blushed darkly at Evelyn's compliment, looking down at her feet "I-I just am, thank you though for the compliment, you're pretty too...oh god, that didn't sound genuine, I'm so sorry." she kept her eyes down, feeling like a total idiot as she listened to Elizabeth, but half smiled. "That sounds interesting, and the beach sounds lovely! I lived right next to one in my home back in Oregon."
