Winnie couldn't wrap her mind around the fact that she kissed him and it was even worse that he said he kissed her back. Did he do it out of pity? She didn't want him to feel so sorry for her that he needed to kiss her. "Why?" She asked, her voice squeaking.

Rosco furrowed his brow. "Why did I kiss you back?" He replied, there would be no other reason than the one he was going to give, but it confused him why she had to ask. "I did it because I really wanted to."

The color of Winnie s face turned bright red and she was thankful that it was too dark to see, she turned away from him, smiling like a fool as she wondered what her next step would be. She was excited and yet, still embarrassed about the situation. "Umm, I'm sorry... I tried to kiss you while I was drunk," she said not sure what else to say.

"It's alright, in my opinion there's nothing to be sorry about....unless you regret it." Rosco looked down and couldn't help but think about his past relationship. He debated ending this before it began, but promptly decided against it. It wouldn't be fair to Winnie if he blew it off for no reason.

"I regret being drunk," Winnie said, she couldn't bring herself to admit anything more. She looked up at him and smiled, moving to a more comfortable position when she realized she was still in her dress. She cringed, suddenly feeling like she should be dressed more Winnie like. "I should get changed, this is uncomfortable," she said standing, she stumbled still feeling a little light headed.

Rosco quickly got up and caught her when she stumbled. "I can lend you some of my clothes, sure they'd be big, but they would be a lot more comfortable than this dress." He told her, ignoring the fact that she wouldn't admit anything more.

"Uh, sure." Winnie said not wanting to hurt his feelings by leaving for her own comfort. "I'll need your help though," she added feeling slightly uncomfortable about what she had to ask of him.

He nodded. "Yeah, what do I need to do?" He lead her to the walk in closet and laid out some clothes for her.

Winnie followed him to the closet and stopped. "I kinda... Need to you to unzip me," she said turning her back on, she blushed and was tha jful he didn't see it.

Rosco blushed lightly and nodded. "O-okay." He reached out and carefully unzipped her dress, staring at his feet the whole time so he would be some kind of perv and stare at her.

The zipper on her dress went to write above her butt, she wasn't wearing a bra since the dress had a built in one and her underwear was a lacy black one. She closed her eyes and held her breath hoping he wouldn't look. "T-Thanks," She mumbled as he finished unzipping, she turned around to face him, though her face was turned towards the ground.

Rosco blushed and took a step back. "I-I'll give you some privacy." He said quickly and left the walk in closet.

Winnie waited until he left to slip off her dress into a pile, which she promptly kicked off to the side and slipped into the items he set out for her. They were way too big, making it seem like she was nothing but skin and bones. The next thing Winnie did was take out her hair, it was a lot of clips and hairspray she and to rug through but it went back to it's original shape which she put up into a pony tail with one of the rubber bands. She walked out of the closet feeling much better in regular clothes. "Much better, thanks." She whispered.

Rosco was back to sitting on the window seat and looked back at Winnie, offering a kind smile. "You're welcome." He whispered back.

Winnie felt awkward wondering if she should return to the bed with Hanley, return to her own room, or buck up and sit with Rosco. It took her a few minutes to decide, knowing she probably looked like an idiot, but she moved towards him and his window seat. "Nice view," she whispered looking out the window.

Rosco half smiled and nodded. "It's one of the bests." He agreed then pulled his knees up to his chest to make room for her. "Go ahead and sit if you want."

Winnie looked at the area he had created for her and gingerly took a seat. "You could try sleeping now, I am awake and can watch Hanley." She said, knowing she wasn't feeling the affects anymore and was sure she wasn't going to vomit.

Rosco ran a hand through his hair. "To be honest...I know I won't be able to sleep until I know Hanley is really okay, I don't mind losing sleep over it, I'm using to not sleeping." He turned his gaze out the window and rested his forehead against the cool glass. "I have to protect her and keep her safe."

Winnie blinked in surprise. Did Hanley know how lucky she was to have someone watching over her? "I don't sleep well either," She whispered staring down at the concrete sidewalk below. Her nightmares were almost every night and always the same, so she was use to being a night owl. "Why do you feel like you need to protect her?" She asked, hoping she wasn't asking something personal.

Rosco closed his eyes as he thought back to high school. It had been amazing for him until sophomore year...though high school for his cousin had been the complete opposite. "I need to protect her because she's...she's...my baby cousin and she's fragile." He said softly as he lifted his head and looked at Hanley, who was sleeping peacefully in his bed, a true smile on her face for once.
