"I'll have my usual." Alice told her.
"Bacon cheeseburger with no tomatoes and mayo." The waitress wrote it down, even though she just could have written 'Alice' and the cook would know.

"I'll have just a cheeseburger, please.... Well done. And what I mean by that is that I would like the meat to be practically burnt." he said, fiddling with the straw in his drink. Ricky's taste in food is seen by a lot as "eccentric"

He likes his meat dry? How is that even possible? Alice wondered. Poon just nodded and walked into the kitchen. First he says he doesn't like bacon, next he's saying he likes his meat dry? Well, he didn't have the same big cat diet as she did.

Ricky shifted uncomfortably in his seat. "I uh....You're staring at me" he said, self consciously.

"No I'm not." she told him. "There's a picture behind you, I was looking at that." She pointed at a group photo of all three divisions of junipr roller girls.

"O-oh alright" he said, embarrassed. "So....um.... " he swallowed hard and stared down at the table "Aside from food and whatnot, what is there to do around here?"

Alice shrugged. "There is a movie theater. Other than that, there are concerts and whatnot that are really expensive to get into. Oh, and there's Marvelland."

"Marvelland? Is that what it sounds like?" he asked, leaning forward and bringing his mouth over to the straw in his drink.

"Like Disney, but with Marvel characters." she said. "People pretend to be the superheros and there are rides and all that. Comicon is being hosted there this year."

"I actually have a friend there who impersonates Thor, signs autographs, gets his picture taken and all that. And there's this really fun spiderman ride. I'm going to comicon cosplaying as Shaowcat."

"Oh my gosh that is literally the RADDEST thing I have heard since I got here. I was afraid everyone here was going to be plastic, and without personality but woah....this is incredible"

"Not everyone in California is like that. Though, my parents weren't raised in Cali so I never fit the stereotype myself." Mom was from Ontario, dad from Paris. "And speaking of incredible, can you believe the Incredibles is almost ten years old and STILL theres no sequel?"

"That is an outrage." he said and scowled. "There is such potential for a sequel!" He suddenly burst out laughing. "Have you ever-" he stopped for a second to breathe "Seen the SNL skit 'The Californians'? because that is exactly how I imagined California all these years" he said. His laugh was silly and squeaky, which embarrassed him, but he couldn't help but laugh about Saturday Night Live.

"I like SNL, but there are those kinds of skits that I can't stand." Sometimes she thought Kristin Wiig tried to be funny and failed miserably, though she was a funny Cinderella. "I loved the real housewives of disney one. They need to make more of those."

"I actually prefer WKUK when it comes to sketch comedy." he said, thinking about it. "They're less prone to repetitive, annoying skits" he added. "Though sometimes they overdo it on the purposefully offensive humor thing."

"WKUK stands for Whitest Kids U' Know. They're a bunch of guys who basically do the same thing that SNL does without the guest appearances....and it isn't usually live. But the sketch comedy thing is basically what they do. They're pretty funny, but you have to weed through all the racist crap in order to get to the funny bits" he said

"Interesting." Alice commented. "I've also watch this one show, Mad TV, and they weren't afraid to cross the line. They made fun of everyone."

"Yeah but they got a little repetitive after a while." Ricky said and shrugged, messing around with the straw in his drink.
