"I know, at least you're not wet or it would be worse." Payton told him holding his hand. Walking with him towards the car again putting on her shoes waiting for him to put his shoes on before kissing his lips smiling. "Head back to the school?" she asked.

Cake laughed an nodded. He was glad he wasn't wet that's for sure. He placed his shoes on after whiping tthe sand odd his feet and slid into the passenger side. "Unless there's.something else you wanted to do," he said knowing he really needed to study and head to bed.

Payton shook her head getting in the car. "No but I do regret not taking that nap because now I'm really tired." she said laughing. Pulling away from her parking space driving them back to the school.

"I agree with you. I'm probably just going to head to bed," Gale said thinking she did as well, he would be able to start the beginning of his plan.

Payton nodded smiling, "Yeah because we did so much today." she teased. Driving them back to the school remembering his backpack was still in her room. "Lets not forget your backpack in my room." she said to him going up to her dorm.

"Sounds boring." Payton said making a face soon pulling up to the school. "I could always tutor you if you need to." she said smiling getting out of her car waiting for him.

Gale shook his head "Sadly no need, my.. Parents have tutors for me," he said. This way it was less likely his existence was known. He jumped out of the car and stretched.

Gale laughed "Well, you are teaching me the piano," He said pointing at her and smirking himself. he grabbed his backpack and slung it over his shoulder. He bent down and kissed her gently on the lips. "Until next time," whispered.

Payton giggled leaning up kissing his lips, "I'll talk to you tomorrow." she told him her hand resting on his chest. She leaned up kissing him once more kinda sad he was leaving.

Payton smiled watching him walk to the door walking behind him to close and lock the door after he left. "Don't forget to practice." she told him laughing holding the door open for him.

"I wont," Gale said smiling as he entered the hallway and started walking towards the exit. He opened his phone and began making a few phone calls, knowing he had to act now or it would be too late.

Payton watched him go before closing and locking the door. She moved to the bathroom to get ready for bed taking off her make up and changed for bed.

Gale stood in front of Payton's dorm room, he looked to the left and to the right to see no one was in the hallway. He began placing kisses on the ground starting from her door to the janitors closet where he cleared everything off to one side and set fake candles everywhere. He ran back to her room, knocked on the door and then ran back to the janitors closet, a bouquet of red tipped white roses in his hands.

Payton was sitting at her desk doing some homework that wasn't due for a few days but she didn't have anything else to do. Hearing the knock on the door walking over opening to door seeing no one there until she looked down before closing the door seeing the kisses. Raising a brow smiling a little bit bending down picking up the kiss and followed the trail down to what looked like the janitors closer. Was a janitor hitting on her? She had picked up all the kisses staring at the door curious. Knocking on the door raising a brow opening it up slightly seeing Gale there. "Gale?" she said looking to the flowers in his hand and noticed the candles making her smile.

Gale was nervous, his hands were sweating, he was sure his armpits were sweaty, and he could feel the sweat roll down his forehead. He took a deep breath as he wiped his sleeve across his forehead. He heard footsteps outside and only prayed that it was Payton and not someone else. When her head came around the door he smiled "Now that I have kissed the ground you walked on," He said stumbling a little bit from his nervous. "Will you go with me to the Valentines ball?" He asked holding out the roses to her.
