Payton soon came back out, looking to him as he had a pout on his face. "So I guess that's a no?" she asked him moving over to him wrapping her arms around him. "I mean it's Valentines day we can always find something else to do." she told him giving him a smile not showing how sad she was that they wouldn't be able to go.

Gale slowly nodded though he was dying trying to hide his plan from her. "We can, like dinner and a movie or something," He said trying to come up with fake ideas to keep her from wanting to go with someone else.

"Yeah that will be nice." Payton told him smiling kissing his lips. "Want to go to the boardwalk now?" she asked taking a step back to look at him.

Gale let out a sigh of relief internally as he kissed her back. He was glad he wouldn't have to fight to keep her from going, his plan would fail otherwise.

Payton smiled grabbing her bag and a sweatshirt knowing it got a little chilly down there at night. "Let's go cute stuff." she teased opening the dorm room door.

Gale followed after her, grabbing his jacket off his backpack on the way out. He would need to remember it was there later. "So, that was a fun nap," He joked.

Payton laughed looping her arm with his, "It was, I enjoyed it." she told him smirking a bit going to her car getting in. "Now to the boardwalk. We should go to the amusement park too and go on some rides." she told him.

"Well, I am glad you enjoyed it," Gale said chuckling. "I like rides, roller coasters," he said trying to find the right word though he was sure it was one of those two.

"Roller coasters? Me too, especially ones that have loops and that cool stuff." Payton said to him smiling. Buckling up and waited for him before driving away.

"Yes, those! I love those," Gale said glad she liked them too, some girls grew pale at the thought of riding one. He buckled himself in and started tapping his hands on his legs feeling excited.

"I love those too. My favorite has to be the ferris wheel." Payton said driving them to the board walk. "And having cotton candy." she said glancing over at him. "Have you ever have cotton candy?" she asked.

"Ferris wheels are awesome," Gale said though he thought they could also be very romantic if done right. "I love cotton candy! I actually love the pink one over the blue one," He said knowing some people claimed they were gender specific.

Payton smiled, "I like both I don't have favorites really." she said smiling pulling into a parking space once they arrived at the board walk. She got out of her car waiting for him to get out smiling seeing the sun setting.

"No favorites?" Gale asked rubbing his chin. "Are you saying I'm not your favorite?" he teasingly asked. He stepped out of the car and stretched.

"I don't know depends if I'm your favorite then maybe I'll make an exception." Payton said smiling linking arms with him. "Do you like the ocean?" she asked moving to walk along the beach.

"Ouch," Gale said wincing slightly though he had a smile on his face. "I love the ocean, I always enjoyed my time near it whenever we lived near it," he said remembering the few times.

Payton laughed moving closer to the water so the waves when they came in barely touched their feet. "Me too, especially the summer time, getting tan and swimming...ever swim with dolphins?" she asked raising a brow at him curiously.

Gale smiled and bent down to take his shoes off. "Whats the point of walking on the beach with shoes on?" he said taking off his socks as well. "I have not swam with dolphins no, I have heard they can be very sexual." He joked laughing. He had seen a lot of videos of dolphins humping people and he didn't want to be one of them.

Watching him take of his shoes Payton had to agree with him on that one so she decided to take off her shoes as well. Carrying them in her free hand ready to loop her arm in his again when he was done. "Really? Where did you hear that?" she asked laughing. "That never happened to me when I went." she said smiling.

"I watched a lot of youtube videos when I first came here to the states," Gale explained going into more details about some of the videos he had seen. "Well maybe they were aroused," he teased.
