Sophie tacked up Shadow again bringing him into the riding area where the jumps were set up. She rode him around a few times and started to go over the jumps. She knew she shouldn't but she tried to go over one of the higher jumps. As she was going over it she wasn't really prepared for if causing her to fly forward over the horses head hitting the ground hard rolling a bit in the dirt praying he didn't trample her as he finished the jump.

Reed glanced back right as it happened, his eyes going wide. "JAKE!"
Jake, who was getting ready to get on Musket looked back, his eyes going wide, feeling as if his heart was about to stop. "Sophie!" he leapt down and ran to her as Reed rode over, getting Shadow by his halter as Jake knelled by her side, "Sophie?" he asked, his hands hovering over her, "Sophie?"

"My head." she said as tried to get up. "Where's Shadow? Is he okay?" she asked.

"Shadows fine, but are you ok? You took a really hard fall." he looked at her worriedly, trying to see if he could find anything externally wrong.

He held her close and nodded, "If you say so." he replied, but still looked her over worriedly as he lead her to the nearest picnic table and helped her sit.
Reed took care of the horses and ran into one of the small rooms in the stables that held the fridge and got an ice pack, hurrying out and giving it to Jake, who gently pressed it against Sophie's forehead.

Sophie sat there still wondering what the hell happened, she smiled when Jake pressed an ice pack to her forehead. "Thanks." she said looking to Reed leaning into Jake closing her eyes. "I guess I wasn't fully ready for that jump." she said nuzzling into him.

"I'm fine Jake, if I still don't feel right by the end of tonight I'll go okay?" Sophie told him. She smiled lightly, "Did you just call me babe?" she said thinking it was kinda cute. She knew they weren't like...official yet but still she liked it. "You're so cute Jakey Cakes." she said giggling.
