Danny shook his head, chuckling a bit. "You confuse me," he said, running a hand through his hair. He had meant the entire thing as a compliment. It was nice to have surprises. "It was a compliment," he shrugged, not really sure why people wouldn't want to hang out with her. She was entertaining. "You want to go to the crappy theater on campus? It's tiiiiny."
Elizabeth nodded, watching as Katelynn walked away. So did Katelynn just dump this guy on her, because he was irritating her? Or what? She looked back a him, a smile spreading across her lips. "Actually, I'm from South Africa, so I usually just go to Tiffindell out there," she said with a little nod. "Though I went to Mountain lemmon in Arizona before the resort burned down. And I've been to a few others as well, but my favorite is in my homeland. Any you?"

She nodded and thought for a minute. "I guess, wherever you want to go is god. she explained with a smile. "I really have no preferences." she explained as she bite a knuckle as she thought. "I'm guessing based on how you are describing it, you are wanting to go to a different theater." she asked with a raised eyebrow.
"That's pretty cool, I've never been out of the country, but I'm sure that would be amazing." he said, running through his list of places that he wanted to snow board. "I'm originally from Colorado, so mostly I snowboard around there. Occasionally northern California, but not nearly as much." he explained. "So what do you do skiing? Slalom? Or something else?" he asked, genuinely curious about the sport.

Danny thought for a moment. "Hrmm....we can just go to the one on campus," He said, holding his arm out to her so they could link arms. He wasn't sure why, but it was how he usually went around with his female friends. "Oh! Or we could go to the zoo! They have one of those on campus too. It's called the courtyard. We could go around poking people with sticks and watch them lash out in anger."
"Well, I used to do Slalom with skis, but switched over to board. One day I was racing one of my friends on a male course that went up to seventy gates. He made it down just fine, but when I got to gate sixty-seven my right ski tilted in awkwardly and I ended up falling the rest of the way down the hill. Fractured my ankle and had a bone sticking out of my arm," she said, motioning to a couple scars on the back of her arm, towards her elbow. "After that I mainly stuck to free style snowboarding as well as hardboot snowboarding."

Bunny laughed as she linked her arms around his. "For some reason, I think to zoo may get us in trouble." she laughed, "Though it does seem fairly entertaining." she giggled as they walked. She was thoroughly enjoying herself, and she loved it.
"Ohh, ouch. I can only imagine. There was a time when I first started out on the slopes, I was giving skiing a shot and I was pretty good at it, until some guy behind me fell and snowplowed into me. WE fell head of heels for a good hundred feet before he knocked me out with his boot to the face." he said, sympathizing with me. No sport was without it's injuries.

"Hey. I've only been kicked out of the zoo.....twelve times since I was born. It's really not all that bad. It's not like they put you on a ban list of anything. Well, I did have to go to a psychiatrist when I was seven, because I tried to climb into the exhibit with the polar bear. But I couldn't help it! He looked so fluffy," Danny pouted, shaking his head a little bit. "I was put on a suicide watch after that. It's amazing that they think a seven year old, wanting to take a bath with the coca cola mascot was really me trying to commit suicide. I think /they/ are the crazy ones."
"Ouch," Elizabeth said, reaching up for his face. Her fingertips just barely brushed his skin when she remembered that she barely knew this guy. That was a problem of her's: she got overly comfortable with people far too quickly. "I'm sorry," she said, feeling embarrassed as she quickly pulled her hand away.

"It's been such a long time since being to a zoo." she said thinking back, trying to remember. She raised her eyebrow. "Seriously? Suicide watch? I don't even think children that young know what suicide is." she said shaking her head. She reached a hand up and patted Danny of the head, his hair was really soft. "That really sucks though." she said sadly.
Richard raised an eyebrow, "Don't worry about it." he gave her a lopsided smile. He really didn't mind, he was used to physical touch and what not.

"Then I think we should go to the zoo. Feed the camels and all that fun stuff," Danny smiled, tilting his head to the side a little bit so that she didn't have to reach up so high to pat his head. That was random, but he was used to it. "I know, right?! I thought the guys were crazy for putting me under suicide watch. The psychiatrist was the one that had to explain to me what suicide was. She thought that my mom and the people from the zoo were fucking nuts. I think my mom just over exaggerating and the zoo officials just wanted to call me crazy to keep themselves from being sued for having un-safe barriers for the exhibits."
Elizabeth nodded, packing her stuff up into her backpack and standing up. "We should go boarding some time," she said with a little smile. "You don't happen to know how to surf, do you?"

Bunny quickly pulled her hand out of his hair. "Sorry! It;s just so soft!" she said while scratching her own bare head. "That sounds like fun. I like camels, and llamas...bears though." she said while running through all the animals she knew. "People are crazy, they will do anything to get money, or avoid having to spend it." she said with a slightly depressed tone in her voice.
"That would be fun." he said while smiling and standing off to the side so she had more room to stand. "Not very well. I tried it like...twice I think. It was fun but it's not something I do often." he said shrugging.

"It's fine. I love my hair," Danny said as he ran his hand through his hair a few times. It was his pride and joy. "I clearly looove polar bears. I also really like lions," Danny smiled, leading her off towards the student parking lot and over to his car, opening the passenger door for her. "But what I really like to do is sit outside and eat, watching the little squirrels running around and picking up food. Last time I went to the zoo I had a squirrel take french fries out of my hand and eat it at the table next to me. It was amazing!"
Elizabeth looked at him with a little smile. "How about you go and put on your swim trunks and we hit the beach? I'm a descent surfer--I live in the water even more than I live in the snow. I could show you a thing or two."

Bunny giggled. "Squirrels are amazing, they are pretty funny" she said as she got in, she looked all around as she waited for him to get in the drivers side. "One of the things I enjoy is watching people get scared when peacocks screech behind them or somewhere in the close vicinity. I find peacocks absolutely fascinating!" she said while remembering all of the photos she looks up of them, especially the white ones.
Richard nodded. "Alright, that sounds good! Want to meet back here then?" he asked as he straightened up. "I honestly live in the snow, so much that my brother started calling me snow man. What a horrible nick name." he laughed.

Danny climbed into the driver's side, putting on his seat belt and turning on the ignition. "Is it weird that I've actually never seen a peacock in person?" he asked, looking a little shocked. He put the car in reverse and drove out of the parking lot and towards town. "I like snakes, though."
"Aw, that's cute," Elizabeth replied with a little giggle as she looked at him. "And yeah, meeting back here sounds okay. You wouldn't happen to have a body suit, would you? Last guy I went surfing with lost his shorts. That would be awkward."

"Naw, there are a lot of people who have ever seen a peacock in person before...wait...i forget the fact that you have been kicked out of a zoo 12 times...did those zoos not have peacocks?" she asked while looking over at him as they drove. "Snakes are great, I've always wanted a ball python...one of the animals on my list of want to own. I already have a grey parrot...so I'm partially there." she smiled while thinking of her large bird back home with her family.
"Cute, until he decides to dump snow in your bed because of it." he laughed, remembering that one little incident on a Christmas morning a couple years ago. "I don't sorry. Do I need one, like...is it neccessary?" he asked with a frown.

"I never got far enough to actually see the peacocks," Danny chuckled, shrugging a little bit. "So in all honestly I have no clue if the zoos even had a peacock exhibit. The longest amount of time I've spent in a zoo was....half an hour?" he said with a little smirk, just thinking back to all the stuff he had been kicked out of the zoo for. He had been kicked out before just for handing a monkey a banana. Apparently they weren't allowed to have any kind of food from humans? There was another time where he actually handed a monkey an unlit cigarette and took pictures while the monkey attempted to smoke it--that one he wasn't really proud of, but it was great. He had even gotten a zebra drunk and watched it run around in circles, falling over itself. It was great at the time, since he was drunk off his ass.
"No, you don't need one. Just tie your bottoms really tight. I don't need to see your white butt," Elizabeth teased before giving him a little wave. "See you in a few minutes," she said before walking into the dorms.

"I always see them roaming around randomly...when i was little I remember seeing a bunch of them in the giraffe pen just screaming the whole time." she giggled. "Really? Only half an hour? So then we should make it to the exhibits fast before we get kicked out no?" she teased with a light smile on her face. She squinted from the sun before reaching into her bag at her feet and pulled out a pair of sunglasses and put them on. "mmm, much better!" she cheered while clapping her hands together once.
"Alright, see you in a bit!" he called out to her before heading back to his dorm room. When he got there he opened the door ad threw his book bag on his bed before rooting through his clothing trying to find his shorts. He found them and pulled the black bottoms on and threw on a new t-shirt and a pair of flip-flops.

"Hey! We don't need to hurry. I will behave," Danny pouted. It had been a while since he had actually been to the zoo, and considering that he was with someone he didn't know all too well, he would behave. "I would only act up when I was young.....drunk, or with my brother," he chuckled, just remembering his brother's face when he was sitting there giving the zebra alcohol. Him and Brandon had been wasted out of their minds, but it was probably the greatest day of his life.
When Elizabeth came down from her room she was wearing a long shirt over her bathing suit. It was just long enough to almost pass off as a dress. She had her hair up in a braid so that it wouldn't get in her way while she was surfing. She wore a pair of short wedge heels, though it probably wasn't very practical for the beach. She somehow managed to not own a single pair or flat shoes. She sat back down on the bench, placing her bag with her towels and sunscreen onto her lap as she waited there patiently.

Bunny nodded as she watched the scenery go by. Idly scratching at her leg through her jeans. "I don't think I have ever been drunk. I mean, sure I have tried some drinks and what not...but seriously..." she thought for a moment, "Are you close to your brother?" she asked innocently while turning to look at Danny.
Richard quickly packed one of his sports bags with a towel and some other things he would need before throwing on a pair of sunglasses and heading back out to their meeting spot. When he got out there he saw she was already sitting, "Sorry! Were you waiting long?" he asked frowning. He didn't mean to keep her waiting.

"I only drink if I can get drunk. I'm the type that when I start drinking I just....keep drinking for the sake of drinking. It gets easier and easier as you go," Danny chuckled, pulling into the parking lot, searching around for a parking spot for a minute, and finally pulled into one that was a descent distance away from the entrance. The place was packed. Danny nodded a little, giving her a little smile. "Yeah, Brandon and I are really close. We're only about a year apart, so we are on the same maturity level. So we both party together, drink together, go on double dates together, so on and so forth."
Elizabeth stood up when he came out, a smile on her face. "Don't worry about it, hun. I was waiting for just a couple minutes," she said with a little shrug. "Do you have a car?"

Bunny thought for a little bit, quiet. "I never tried it, but I guess I'll have to some time." she said while thinking to herself. She looked around and took in all of the cars, "Busy huh?" she asked as she got out of the car and closed the door, making sure she had her purse and all of the other essentials. "That's good, it's nice to have a sibling that you are close with. Is he older?" she asked as she waited for Danny so they could head in.
"Yup, it's a bit of a clunker, but it will get us to wherever." he said while pointing in the general direction of where it was parked. "You would have to tell me how to get there is you want me to drive though." he smiled.

Danny got out of his car, double checking that he had everything that he needed, and didn't have anything that would provoke him to start crap with the animals and get kicked out. He seemed to be animal proof enough. He locked the car doors as he followed after her, throwing his keys up in the air and catching them over and over again. "Yeah, he's a year older," he said with a little nod. There was a time when him and his brother weren't very close, but it seemed like after Danny got back from his 'vacation' they had become inseparable. "We were both in choir together. We both used to to track together as well, but then I quit choir and he quit track. Since then we don't hang out as much, but considering that he is somewhat seeing one of my really good friends, we are trying to hang out more."
"Can do," Elizabeth said with the smile. "And clunker or not, it's better than my currently invisible car. It's in the shop," she said with a little pout, having had to hand the keys over to a mechanic the day before since some jerk had gone through a red light and t-boned her. "When you get on the freeway it's pretty much a straight shot. There are signs that indicate where the beach is, so I don't think you will have too much trouble," she said with a little wink.

Bunny smiled at him as they walked. "That must be nice to have that relationship." She said as she watched him toss the keys up in the air. "Don't break them!" She joked as they swerved through the packed parking lot. She got quiet as she thought of her little sister...she wished they were that close. She sighed softly as she du at the skin on the back of her left hand.
Richard nodded and Pointed. "Let's get going then" he said as he started walking. "You still may have to direct me even with the signs, I'm not that good with directions, though not as bad as some people. I had one friend who has to always set her gps to get home from the grocery store" he chuckled as he remembered that time when she got lost in their own home town.
