Winnine hated Secret Santa. She hated the thought of giving some random person a gift, let a lone a boy she didn't know. She walked the hallway searching for the face she was given to the name she had drawn. 'Jamie Carter' she thought looking down at the picture from the yearbook she found.
Winnie was hoping he would just take the gift and go, but strangely the people here at this school liked to sit and talk... A lot.
Winnie was about to give up and dropped the gift in the trash when she spotted him walking out of a classroom, her heart started pounding from freaking out about the situation. She walked towards him, trying to figure out what to say when she found herself in front of him.
Winnie blushed and gave a small smile. "To hello," she said and blushed deeper, feeling like an idiot for whatever she was trying to say. "I mean, hello. Are you Jamie Carter?" She asked, hiding the gift behind her back.

Jamie shuffled his textbooks in his arms uncomfortably, sliding low in his seat as he prayed for class never to end. Praying usually wasn't his thing, until some psychobitch decided that it'd be okay to post on her blog the true identity of Captain. He denied it entirely, of course, simply stating that he knew nothing of that blog besides the bullshit written on it and that he was not Captain. That bitch, Odile, just needed to fix herself. That was all.
As he lost himself in his thoughts, he found himself getting more and more depressed and just... weary. And sore. Not to mention sore. After being beaten up by some idiot whose name he didn't know and then thrown against a locker--multiple times--he was tired. He decided that after this class was over he would retreat to the safety of his dorm and stay there until he could convince his parents to move him to a less fucked-up school.
It wasn't long before the most horrible noise awoke him, the bell. It took all of his power to get himself to pack his things for that class--managing to take at least a minute to do so--and saunter towards the door. He was nearly out of the classroom when some girl whom he didn't recognize spoke to him. He raised a brow down at the girl--she was at least ten inches shorter than he was--and cleared his throat, "That's me," he replied, stuffing his hands into his pockets impatiently. He didn't need to be stalled during his escape from classes, so he hoped she'd keep this quick.

"Oh good," Winnie said, though she knew this was him by the picture. She noticed a few bruises on his arms and around his face but kept her mouth shut. She knew the blog claimed he was the one spreading rumors and he out rightly denied it. She didn't plan to tell him any secrets despite this.
"I just wanted to give you this," She said pulling her gift from behind her back and handing it to him. She had picked it out especially for him after she had done a bit of stalking and found out he liked photography. It was a black and white book of wonderful photography of shoots taken around the world. "I drew you as secret Santa." She finally admitted, wondering if he was going to open it now or later.

Jamie's brow knit confusedly at her, still unsure as to why she was talking to him. She probably read that blog too and was there to say shit. He'd heard enough already; it probably wouldn't even affect him at this point. "What exactly do you want?" he inquired, studying the petite girl impatiently. He contemplated just ignoring her and leaving to his dorm, but forced himself to wait another ten seconds. If she didn't say why she was there by then, he'd go.
He stared incredulously at the box, wondering why the hell some girl--whose name he didn't know--was giving him a fucking gift. "Oh, uh, thanks," he said slowly, taking it awkwardly. Was he supposed to open it there? No, he shouldn't be wondering that. What he should be wondering was why the hell she got this for him. Fortunately, she explained, "Oh," he said slowly. Being as socially awkward as he was, he felt weird just opening the gift right there, so he hoped she wouldn't mind him opening it when he was alone. He merely tucked it under his arm, looking back up--well, down--at her, "What's your name?" he asked, cocking a brow at her.

Winnie watched him tuck the gift under his arm and let out a sigh of relief in her head. If he hated it, he wouldn't remember who she was and couldn't complain about it. Then her mind stopped when he asked her for her name. "Uh, Winona... But I rather be called Winnie." She said turning away from him, she wasn't a huge fan of her name and hated saying it. She should just say Winnie from the start instead of explaining it.
Winnie then realized that if she had just said Winnie, he would never find her after this point, and wished she could go back in time like The Doctor.

Jamie studied the petite girl before him as she introduced herself. Winnie? Where had he heard that name before? Oh yeah. He was pretty sure he'd written about her once on Shark Tank, although she didn't know that it was he who wrote it. Though she probably read that blog too. He stifled a sigh. "I'd introduce myself too, but I guess you already know me," he said, letting out an awkward chuckle. He silently prayed that this encounter would end soon.

"Yeah," Winnie said watching the people glare at the two of them as they passed by in the hallway. "Even if I didn't know what you looked like, that one blog knows who you are." She said wondering if he truly did write the things on the shark tank, or if that truly was a lie. "Sucks to be you." She added with a shrug. "Hopefully, this will cheer you up a bit." She added, pointing to the gift he held in his hand.
