"Lucky, I always have to have someone buy me these since I'm not old enough," He shrugged, knowing this was one of the only thing he would buy and didn't steal. He lit his own cigarette before handing the lighter to her.

She nodded and lit her cigarette, handing back the lighter. She instantly relaxed as she inhaled and closed her eyes. It had been too long since it had been since she had been able to feel this joy. She took a long drag then blew a perfect smoke ring, slowly opening her eyes.

Daniel took the lighter back, placing it in his front pocket. He chuckled, amazed that this girl didn't cough and almost pass out from no oxygen. "How do you do that?" he asked as the ring floated into the sky and disappeared.

Belle half smiled, "Just gotta concentrate and practice. Make a circle with your mouth and just puff, when you first learn to do that you can flick your cheek as you blow, it helps. Your mouth has to be hollow." She pursed her lips, "I'm not very good with explaining." She looked down quickly and took another drag. This time when she blew a smoke ring she snapped her fingers through it so it formed a heart.

Daniel took a drag before making a circle with his mouth like she said, he tried to hollow out his cheeks but it didn't feel like anything changed. He pointed his face to the sky and let out a perfect ring of smoke. "Awesome," He said as it disappeared into the sky.

Belle laughed softly and smiled, flicking the ashes into the grass and watched them smolder until they went out completely. "And the more you do it, the easier it gets." She said as she continued to smoke, wondering if anything she was saying sounded dirty. She wasn't too good at realizing that kind of thing.

Daniel nodded as he took another drag, holding it in this time. "So, we never did exhchange names yesterday," he said looking at her realizing that. He looked down at his watch though, and noticed he had only a few minutes till he had to watch Aaron again.

Belle looked at him and watched, tilting her head. "Are you going to be late to something?" She asked. "You're looking at your watch a lot. Am I that boring?" She asked teasingly, figuring that she wasn't that interesting. She still wasn't use to this whole U.S. culture thing.

"Huh? Oh sorry I am expecting someone actually," Daniel said looking away and towards the school to see if the classes had been let out. They had not, so he figured either his watch was fast or the schools clock was slow. He turned back to Belle and smiled "Just waiting for his class to end,"

Belle nodded slowly. "A friend of yours? Speaking of classes, why aren't you in yours?" She asked, realizing that she had never actually seen this guy anywhere outside of this spot, though she couldn't really focus on that too much since she was still new and didn't have a clue who anyone was.

Daniel nodded, he wasn't going to spill the fact that they weren't as close as before and that he was piratically stalking him. She didn't need to know all that information, he would eventually get in her pants and dump her, never to see or worry about her again. "I don't attend this school, and we had a half day today," He lied messing around with his lighter.

Belle nodded slowly, not believing him a bit but decided to ignore it. "Interesting. I'm sure your friend will be thrilled to see you. I would ask who he is, but I don't know anyone around here."

Daniel raised an eyebrow "I take it you are new here then?" He asked acting like he knew everything about this school, well with his research he did. He knew how to get into the school without setting off any alarms or being seen.

She nodded. "Yes, I moved her from Monaco a few months ago, but just started school here. My aunt apparently got tired of having to care for someone other than herself." She rolled her eyes.

"Monaco? Where is that?" Daniel asked, he didn't really learn geography of the world during the few classes he actually did attend when he went to school, so it would be interesting to learn where this foreigner was from. "Well that sucks, I understand that though," He said thinking his mother felt the same about him.

"It's between Spain and Italy, it's a fairly small country." Belle said with a pained smile, wishing that she could just go back to her home country, though she knew that was nearly impossible. "You do?" She asked softly, looking up at him as her bangs fell over her eyes.

Daniel nodded his head, trying to bring the European map to his mind but couldn't. He decided to let it go and no make himself look stupid. "yeah, my mom kinda ignored me after I went from cute little baby to screaming toddler," He said laughing, his mother would constantly make his older sisters care for him while she worked the street corners.

Belle shook her head. "That sucks." She couldn't imagine her parents ignoring her, then again she had been an only child so of course there would be attention only on her all the time.
