Kateri hummed softly as she started to actually play a tune. A piece from swan lake, quickly morphed into a soft lullaby that became very complicated in syncopation and rhythms. She breathed deeply as the music played softly and filled the band room.

'Swan Lake...' Alice thought. She remembered when her dad took her to see that ballet when she was a child. Though fascinated by the purity and elegance of the dancers, Alice could never see herself doing that. She really wanted to get some of her ghost hunting equipment to see if the energy levels in the room were exponentially high. The only person in the school was the custodian.

Kateri sighed as she stopped playing the Lullaby. She started plucking a more simple melody of arpeggios, humming along with it.

Alice crept up to the door and tried to peer into the narrow window. However, she could not get a view of the back of the room, where the harp was. 'If no ones in there, should I tell her or something?' she wondered.

Kateri stopped playing the harp and sighed, staring at the beautiful instrument in front of her. She remembered playing it when she was little, watching her mother play on sunday mornings in church. It always made her happy to hear the plucking of the strings.

There were windows at the top of the ceiling that were too tall for Alice to jump. She tried a few times, but with the keychains going off like pots and pans to her, she stopped. Alice did however, get a slight glimpse. It was just the teacher. 'I'd expect the janitor, but a teacher?' Well, no ghost. She turned her ankles to go.

Kateri looked up when she heard some sort of noise outside. She frowned as she waited for it to happen again, when it didn't she shrugged and went back to playing the harp. Her fingers flew over the strings.
