Brandon walked out of the choir room, straightening up his button-up shirt a bit. He cleared his throat a bit as he rubbed his neck--now was definitely not the time for him to be getting sick. He had a pretty big choir competition that was going to be coming up very soon. His choir had been flying out to meet each other all summer in preparation of the upcoming event. He planned on leading everyone to victory single-handed. He walked into the courtyard, spotting a vending machine and deciding to take it upon himself to insure that his voice stayed smooth. He put his money into the machine and an ice tea popped out. Hot tea with honey would have done better for his vocal chords, but this was certainly better that hot chocolate or soda. Brandon took a swig of his tea as he looked around the courtyard. He wasn't very popular among the rest of the school, but in choir he was practically a god. Nobody out here really understood his passion for arts or appreciated his talent, this made them rather pointless to talk to. Sure, he could be courteous and social with the others if he chose to be, or if someone was to catch his attention that actually seemed worthy of his attention. So far the only people, besides his fellow performers, he found to be worth his time were random easy women that fell for his eyes, his signature smile, and were so happy that they were receiving his attention that they would do whatever he wanted.

-----------------------» alexandra caroline greyAllie rubbed her shoulder tiredly, adjusting her volleyball bag over her shoulder as she walked through the courtyard. Practice had finally finished, and it had been tiring. They ran three whole miles at once for no reason and then did a million sets of squats and lunges. At least she could take a break. She was starving. However, the nearest proper place to eat was way too far away for her. The best was the stupid vending machine in the courtyard. It would have to do She rubbed her thigh absently and sighed, adjusting her short spandex.
She got to the courtyard in several minutes, walking due to her newfound soreness. And... There was some guy in front of it. Not that she cared; it could just be obnoxious and she always felt rude asking them to move. She moved to it anyways, keeping her head up, "'Scuse me," she said, brushing past the guy gently and trying not to look at him to long. She recognized him--was his name..Brandon?--but she hardly knew him, so she didn't say much else, biting her tongue while scanning the vending machine.

Brandon moved back a little bit, not at all expecting someone to just brush right past him. "Ah, I'm sorry," he said, completely moving out of her way. He realized he must have been in his own world for a minute there. He took a drink of his iced tea before looking over to see who the girl was. Her face seemed very familiar, like he had seen her quite a few times before. Hadn't he seen her with Danny once or twice? What was her name? It started with an 'A', he was pretty sure. "Um, aren't you Danny's friend?" Brandon asked, curiously, not even sure why he was bothering to talk to someone that he didn't really know. He did have to admit, though: Danny's friend was kind of pretty.

-----------------------» alexandra caroline grey"Thanks," Allie said with a smile when the guy moved over, trying not to stare at him too long when she noticed he was good-looking. Damn. She mentally slapped herself, forcing her eyes onto the vending machine. She got slightly uncomfortable when she felt his gaze lingering on her, wondering what he wanted. She looked up from the machine when he spoke, "Yeah, he's a bro," she replied, a smile pulling at her lips. She looked back the guy...Brady? Brad? Bret? It was probably Brandon, but she still was unsure, "How do you know him?" she asked curiously. He looked kind of like Danny... maybe they were related? She didn't want to be wrong or something stupid though. So she patiently waited for his answer while picking out a package of Sour Patch Watermelons. Not the best after-practice snack but she didn't really care, since she loved those things.

"He's my little brother," Brandon said with a little smile, stuffing the hand that wasn't holding the tea, into his pocket. "Thanks for babysitting him, by the way. He's been having trouble making friends here, so I really appreciate it," Brandon said, being completely genuine. His brother had been in choir with him for a while, but quit in order to pursue Dance (oddly enough) as well as track. The Uley boys were definitely pretty well-known for their talent, but there is no way you would ever see them bringing home a gold medal for sports. "So I hear that you two are going to the dance together? At least, I assume that you are the one that he was speaking of," he gave her a look up and down, appreciating what he saw.

-----------------------» alexandra caroline grey"Thanks," Allie's eyes widened when he spoke, "You are?" she asked, not surprised. It explained how similar they looked. It was just that she never knew what the guy looked like. But of course he was hot. Of course. It made lots of sense, since Danny was cute too, just young. She shrugged, "It's not babysitting. He's my friend," she said, shaking her head. She didn't think she was "babysitting" Danny. She actually enjoyed spending time with him. He was nice to talk to and just a pal. She squatted down and grabbed her Sour Patch when they escaped from the spiral holder in the vending machine, pulling them out of the flap with a grin. She tore open the package when he spoke, "Yeah we are. As friends. You see, he rejected my marriage proposal not too long ago so apparently we can't be more than 'friends,'" she told him, laughing.

Brandon chuckled as he looked at her. "I'm surprised he rejected. Danny isn't really the type to be the man in the relationship, so I thought that he would have fell in love with the fact that you were the one that proposed," He teased. He watched her for a moment and realized that he still had no idea want her name was. "Um, I'm Brandon, by the way. And you are?" he asked, holding a hand out to her.

-----------------------» alexandra caroline greyAllie shook her head, though agreed, "So I've noticed, but your brother's sweet," she said, smiling faintly. Danny could probably get any girl if he wanted, since he was one of the few guys who actually cared about girls and wasn't a dickhead. It was a good thing that he didn't get around though, that just made him better. Honestly, though, he wasn't her type. She just felt like they were better off as friends. Of course, she didn't doubt that he could get any girl. She raised a brow when he spoke, "Nice to meet 'cha Brandon, I'm Allie," she said, shaking his hand and smiling up at him.

"It's great to meet you too, Allie," Brandon smiled, shaking her hand back. He shrugged a bit: Danny had always been the sweet and innocent one. He was the one that would just lay back, take things as they came, and be a smiling Jack ass while it happened. He wasn't one to pursue girls for relationship, or sexual, purposes. He just wanted to be best friends and see if the girl just suddenly had interest in him and made the first move. That's where Danny's problem lay: Women liked a man that could take control, show his interest, and sweep her off her feet. "So I'm guessing that you are another girl that hasn't fallen for his sweet, boyish, charm?"

-----------------------» alexandra caroline greyAllie smiled warmly, dropping his hand. She couldn't help finding Danny's brother hot. Was that bad? Did that make her a bad friend? She really hoped not. She also hoped Danny wouldn't mind. She was afraid he would. He was... sensitive. She shrugged when he spoke, "Sadly, no, so don't try to hook us up or something ridiculous," she said, biting her tongue. Danny was a sweetheart, but it was just that he wasn't assertive. He was too shy in her opinion. Sweet and amazing and all of those things, but not necessarily a turn-on. He liked a guy who was flirty and well, Danny wasn't that. Not in a bad way, of course. She just wasn't attracted to him.

Brandon chuckled and shook his head. "Why would I try to hook you two up? I prefer to keep the pretty ones to myself," he said flirtatiously. Yeah, his brother probably wouldn't have been ecstatic that he was making a move on his friend, but if he was interested he would have at least notified him first. Brandon knew to stay away from girls that his brother was interested in. He respected his brother too much to be that much of a back stabber. "So I'm guessing you're a volleyball player," he said, only needing to take one look at the bag to know what sport she played. And considering how she had been rubbing her shoulders earlier he figured that she wasn't a soccer player or just coming from track.

-----------------------» alexandra caroline greyAllie laughed when he spoke, trying to brush off the fact that he was flirting with her, "Well that's good," she said slowly, eyeing him and biting her lip. She brought her gaze up back to his, trying not to melt under his intoxicating eyes. Attractiveness seemed to run in the family. She nodded when he spoke, "Nah, I just wear volleyball clothes because it's fun," she said sarcastically, though grinned after a moment. She adjusted her bag again, annoyed that it was so heavy but trying not to let it bother her, especially since she wanted to keep talking to Brandon. "And you're a...?" she asked, cocking an eyebrow up at him.

"Male," Brandon teased, noticing how heavy her bag was and smoothly relieving her of it's burden. He grabbed the bag and slumped it over his own shoulder, not at all budging under it's weight. "I'm a Singer, actually. I'm part of the Men's acapella group and occasionally I do musicals. I also do baseball, but it isn't really much of a love of mine." Brandon was a descent enough Baseball player, but he only played baseball because his father had ordered him to. He was more of a performer than anything, and took great pride in his performing. "My dad wouldn't let me sing if I didn't play some kind of sport. Just like Danny can't dance unless he does track. Dad isn't a huge supporter of the performing arts."

-----------------------» alexandra caroline greyAllie grinned when he spoke, "Thanks, I appreciate it," she said, rubbing her shoulder gently, relieved that the bag was off her shoulders. Usually she was fine with it, but leaving it on her shoulder was just obnoxious and painful. She nodded with interest when he spoke, "Oh a singer?" she grinned, "Will you sing for me?" she asked curiously, raising a brow. She knit her eyebrows when he spoke, "And, why play baseball if you don't really like it?" she asked curiously, confused. She wouldn't play a sport if she didn't like it. She furrowed her eyebrows when he spoke, "Why would he do that? It's like he doesn't want 'gay' kids, not to be rude or anything," she said, frowning at the thought of that. She didn't even know Danny did dance. She wondered why he never told her. Well, they never really talked about sports or anything, which was strange. However, she tried not to think about it too much, biting her tongue.

"I would love to sing for you some time," Brandon grinned, "But I only sing for very special girls." He thought about it for a moment, trying to think back to exactly what his father had told him. "That's actually exactly why my father decided that he wanted us to be in sports. One time he sat us down and said: 'I don't want pansy ass sons that twirl around in tutus and bang other men on the choir room couch. I want real men. I want to be a grandfather one day, not sitting around watching my boys fighting for equal rights for gay marriage.' My dad just doesn't understand that performing is an art, not an expression of sexuality. I actually almost joined the cheer squad just to piss him off....and I must admit that throwing around skimpy dressed women would have been a plus for me," he said, letting out a little chuckle at the end.

-----------------------» alexandra caroline greyAllie grinned back at him, popping a watermelon into her mouth, "You better, eventually, of course," she said. She held out her Sour Patch after a moment, "Want one?" she offered, raising a brow at the attractive guy in front of her.
She frowned thoughtfully when he explained, shaking her head when he finished, "That's fucking ridiculous. If he's your dad, shouldn't he be okay with whatever you do? Like, seriously. That's honestly..." she shook her head. That was honestly so stupid. She thought all parents should be supportive of what their kids did no matter what. "But, I guess girls in skimpy skirts is cool too," she said, chuckling and offering a smile at him.

"Heck yes I do," Brandon said, happily, looking around in the bag for a Cherry sour patch kid before finally putting his hand in to grab it. "Thanks beautiful," he smiled, popping it into his mouth. "He should be okay with whatever we do, but he is a very conservative--very republican. You don't try to change a man like that's mind," he said before stealing another cherry Sour patch kid, throwing it up into the air, and moving a bit to catch it in his mouth. "I know you only offered me one, but I will buy you another bag." he chuckled before looking around campus, realizing how late he was to go back to choir practice. Sure they will be fine without him for a little while longer, though. "You wouldn't want to go skating or anything, would you?"

-----------------------» alexandra caroline greyAllie grinned when he spoke and took one, blushing faintly when he spoke, "You're welcome," she said, slightly sheepish. She tried to brush his comment off, though her heart had skipped a beat. She just shoved another Sour Patch into her mouth.
She shook her head disapprovingly when he spoke, "That is just so stupid," she said, rolling her eyes. What parent could ever do that? She would feel horrible if her parent treated her like that, although, she wasn't gay nor did she do any 'manly' sports. She chuckled when he took another piece of candy, "You better. Cherry is my favorite color!" she said, playfully punching his arm. She wanted the cherries. Those were tasty. She raised a brow when he questioned her, "LIke, ice-skating?" she asked, unsure if she even knew how to ice-skate.

"Eh, my dad isn't as bad as Haley's. You've met Haley, right?" Brandon shrugged, stealing a green one this time. "You might want to keep those from me before I devour them ALL," he chuckled, but took a couple bucks out of his wallet and put them into the machine. He pressed a couple buttons and a bag of sour patch kids was dispensed at the bottom. He bent over, stuck his hand in the machine, and pulled the bag out for her. "For you, m'lady." he said, holding them out to her and bowing a little bit. "Hell yeah. Ice skating is fun. And if you aren't great at it, it just gives me an excuse to get close to you. And I'm sure you wouldn't mind that, because even though you can't see them at this moment, you know you would love to get close to my amazing abs," he said playfully, being a tad full of himself. He kind of had a reason to be, though.

-----------------------» alexandra caroline greyAllie nodded when Brandon spoke, "Yeah, I know her. We're friends," she said, though honestly didn't want to know what could be worse than what Brandon's dad did. It was just... no. "And yeah, no more for you," she said, unzipping her bag, which was still on his shoulder, before stuffing the bag of Sour Patch into there. She watched as he poked the buttons on the machine before handing her another bag of candy. She grinned when he bowed, "Thanks peasant," she said, putting that in her bag as well before zipping it up. She didn't need him to eat anymore of her candy.
She wrinkled her nose, "Well I suck at ice-skating, so be prepared to hold me the entire time," she said, chuckling. She knew she would be falling over the moment she got onto the ice. But hell, like he said, she would let him hold her up the entire time. She blinked, "And aren't you a cocky bastard," she said, though grinned.
