Arabella looked at Lance, nodding slightly. "Yeah. I would rather find this out with someone that I don't care about, more than a friend, than someone I do really have something for," she admitted. "Plus, you're okay looking," she teased.

Lance placed a hand on his chest and poured. "You wound me," he joked as his smile return, unable to hold it back. "Alright, I'd that's what you want." He said knowing people would talk if they knew. "Would you like the whole package, or just the half your asking about," it sounded like he was an escort of some kind, but if she wanted to make it a little easier than just hopping right into it, she could decide that.

"Hmm...what does the deluxe package include?" Arabella asked, acting as though she were buying a luxury cruise. She had a feeling that even after she slept with him, she could still be friends with him. He was entertaining enough. And he could put a smile on her face.

"Oh deluxe is the top choice, it includes the following;" Lance said talking like a salesman. "A lovely date with yours truely, roses are optional. Your choice of dinning experience." He said before moving closer to her and whispered "as long as I can afford it." He pulled back Nd winked at her. "As well as a lovely, romantic evening filled with lust." He ended his sale and laughed, shaking his head. He had never done that before for a girl.

"Well, I'm guessing yoi aren't really the type to doall that," Arabella said with a laugh, shaking her head. "Well, we can grab something to eat, and I can pay for myself to not put a damper ln your wallet," she offered. She wasn't expecting him to pay for her

"Yes I would," Lance bluntly said and he meant it. Like he posted on the one Shark Tank, he doesn't just sleep with the girls, usually. "If that's what the lady wants," He said smiling at her. "You pick the date and let me know"

"Well, then wine and dine me," Arabella said with a little smile, giving him a little kiss on the cheek. She then thought about where they could eat, figuring that going somewhere within walking distance was the best. "Know anywhere close? I'm not a fan of vehicles," she admitted.

"That's okay, I don't own a car," Lance said, he was slightly embarrassed but he remembered his grandma wouldn't be able to afford one for him out here, it wasn't important after that. "Well, there is a really good cheesy Chinese buffet," He said wincing early at her reaction, thinking she would freak.

"I don't have a car either. Made my parents sell mine," Arabella admitted with a shrug. She refused to get into a car anyway, so it didn't really matter. "I haven't had chinese in ages. Yoi want to go there then?"

"Great," Lance said stretching his arms above his head. "Well, when would you like to go?" He asked wondering if by the end of the so called date, she would still want to sleep with him.

Arabella shrugged. "Well, I'm hungry right now," she said, looking at the guys number on the receipt. She took one last look at the cashier, pocketing the number before walking out of the building. He was pretty cute. "So, what else do you look to do besides romancing sheilas and and playing sports?"

Lance watched her pocket what he supposed was a number, looked at the guy behind the counter and shrugged. "Alright, if you want to go now.." He said turning back to her. He hoped she didn't mind walking for half a mile. "Well, video games... Sleeping." He said laughing. He could add onto the list of partying but he was worried she would judge him.

"Wow. Youre original. Video games, sleeping, sex, sports, and let me guess; partying?" She laughed, figuring that he would be the typical guy. She threw away her cup, looking over at him with a smile. "Anything different about toy than a normal guy? Have a soft spot for puppies? Obsessed with hello kitty?" She teased, bumping into his side playfully.

Lance rolled his eyes and tossed his cup away as well. "Yes, I like partying." He said as he stuck in his hands in his pocket. "By the way, the place is about half a mile, you okay with that?" he asked not wanting to make her go if she wasn't. He thought about her question, though he wasn't going to tell most of the truth. "I like animals, puppies are adorable. Who wouldn't have a soft spot for them?" He asked chuckling. "I love movies," He said raising his eyebrows, wondering if he should go on about what kinds.

"Yeah. I like to walk," arabella said with a smile. "I wasnt able to walk for a while. So its one of those things that you learn to appreciate," she said, flexing her legs a bit. She didn't know why she mentioned that she hadn't been able to walk for a while. She figured it was probably due to him jusy being so easy to talk to. "And puppies are awesome! But kittens are so much better. They require a lot less maintenance," she laughed, stuffing her hands into her pockets as she looked up at him. "Whats your favorite movie?"

"Do you mind if I asked what happened?" Lance asked though he could put two and two together, the car, the getting rid of it, the walking. It had to be a car accident of some kind. Lance cringed, "They poop inside a box, inside your house," He said knowing he wasn't a huge fan of the species, they got along okay, as long as they stay in separate rooms. "Well... Avengers right now," He said wanting to actually say the real movie he liked, but was worried she would laugh.

Arabella looked at him, her expression faltering abit. SHe didn't know if she should tell him, it was kind of personal, but at the same time she wondered if it would be a relief for at least one person in her new world to know what happened in her past. "My ex and I went to a party, got really drink, and instead of sobering up he insisted on driving. We were on the highway when some animal ran out into the road," she said, looking down at the ground. "He swerved and hit the brick median in the middle of the highway going ninety. He died on impact..and I died when the paramedics were there. My legs were crushed," she said as she shook her head, feeling bad for laying it all on him like that.

Lance guess was right, though he was sad to hear it. He was glad that he usually had to take a cab back to the school when he partied, though he was always allowed to crash a the place with no problem. He looked down at the ground they were walking on, acting like he needed to watch where he was going. "That had to be a hellish night for you." He finally said, not sure what else to say.

Arabella shrugged. "Not like I remember it. I died, they brought me back, and went into a coma," she said simply, feeling like she was suddenly being a total downer. "But nevermind that," she said as she forced a smile for him. "So you like the Avengers? Is that the truth? Or are you just trying to sound all macho?"

Lance nodded his head, he understood she didn't want to talk about it right now. Their may come a day when she will, but it wasn't right now. He chuckled. "Well Right now it's my favorite. It changes with new movies coming out almost every week," He said running a hand over his short hair. "But my all time favorite is The Princess Bride." He admitted. He took a turn down a street, seeing the place in sight glad it wasn't far at all.
