Tidewater High School sucked. And Reagan Covington wouldn't be the only one to say it, nor would he be the first. Sure, the football team kicked ass, but that was pretty much the only good part. Especially since that stupid blog started tearing down any inch of cred Reagan had previously claimed. 'Harassed his roommate'? Please. The poor guy was so fucking hard all the time from watching Reagan change and he'd finally had enough of trying to awkwardly adjust his boner so Reagan wouldn't notice.
Straight guys, y'know? Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em.
The school had decided (after a very long, boring meeting involving his parents and every official person ever) to move him to the girl's side, thinking it'd keep him safe from 'bullying'. He'd scoffed really loud at that. Clearly they didn't realize that none of the guys would dare to touch him or spit venomous words at him. By that time, Reagan had half the swim team wrapped around his dainty fingers, and it scared the other guys that a boy in a dress had that much power.
His new roommate was pretty cool, though. As far as girls came, Kinley was just Reagan's cup of tea. Plus, she was his size, so the pair could swap clothes with ease. (The only downside, of course, being Reagan's lack of chest.) And as of this moment, he was curled in his bed, laptop resting open on a pillow beside him and idly chatting with said roommate about what he'd learned today.
"And I'm like 90% sure Dave on the soccer team has herpes," He finished, waving his hand in the air and making a face to express just how disgusting he thought that was. "Gross, right?"

"The Stones are so great," Kinley mumbled, humming along to Shelter Me playing quietly on her laptop's itunes as she leaned out her dorm room's open window. She cupped her hands around the cigarette hanging from her lips as she attempted to light it, cursing at her finicky lighter. When it was finally lit, she grinned, satisfied with herself.
The no smoking rule at Tidewater at always pissed her off, but she knew there were ways around the rules. She slid her half empty pack of cigarettes back into the tampon box under her bed, careful to keep her lit cigarette out the window so that not all of the smoke would drift into the room. No one would dare check a girl's tampon box during a room check, especially since most of the school staff that did the room checks were men anyways.
She blinked, turning her gaze to Reagan. "Which one is Dave?" she asked lazily, raising her eyebrows, "Is he the really hot one? With the tattoo on his back? Because if he does have herpes, that's really disappointing."

The faux blonde was about to offer up his own lighter to the girl, when the flame flared to life and ignited the end of her cigarette. He watched as Kinley stashed the box (a bit of a genius, Kinley was for the tampon part-who would ever think to look there?), and keep her hand steadily hung near the window. It was pretty strong dedication to have to go to these extremes just for a pack of smokes, which was just a reflection of how awfully uptight this school was.
When Reagan had heard 'boarding school', he hadn't imagined a place that was drier than Death Valley. Finding enough resources to put together a good party on campus was more difficult than it should be, what with the amount of drug-slingers running around. He'd learned more about hiding things than actual academics this past year, thanks to the room checks.
Reagan pursed his lips together, trying to remember if Dave did have a tattoo on his back. He slowly nodded, vaguely remembering something on Dave's back after a very hot and sweaty game had caused his shirt to be removed. It was probably a tattoo. "I think so-with the sort of shaggy blonde hair? I don't know what girls see in him, he's so rude." He blew out a sharp breath, rolling his eyes. Not that he was one to talk, but still, Herpes Dave was a blessing in disguise. "Didn't you have a thing for him at one point? Or was that the other guy? What's his name, Steven? Stefan?"

Frowning at the steadily burning end of her cigarette, Kinley rolled her eyes and kicked the box back under her bed, next to a few of her other disguised storage spots. "Fucking ridiculous," she mumbled as she collected her hair up in a loose bun with her free hand, "I'm going to have to get a senior to go buy me more cigarettes off campus or something, because I'm already almost out."
Her eyes drifted lazily over to Reagan, and she studied her roommate for a moment. She was pleased with her new roommate assignment, happy to be rid of her old boring one. She almost laughed at the mention of Stefan, and she rolled her eyes again, something she seemed to have a bad habit of doing lately. "I didn't have a thing for Stefan," she sneered, "We had sex a couple of times. That's pretty much it." She swallowed with difficulty, noticing the lump that seemed to be forming in her throat. Had Reagan seen the Shark Tank post? Surely she had. Why else would she have brought Stefan up? Maybe she thought it was a joke, something to laugh about with Kinley.
"Anyways, where did you hear about Dave's supposed herpes?" she asked, deciding it was time to change the subject again. She was almost positive he was the hot guy with the tattoo that always seemed to catch her eye when she wandered past the boys' soccer team practicing. "You didn't personally find out, did you?" she teased, stubbing out her not quite finished cigarette on the brick wall outside the window and storing it in a pencil case full of butts nearby. "Because that'd be really gross, to be honest."

"Didn't I tell you my brother could get you more if you needed?" Because the much more masculine and sturdily built of the Covington twins almost exclusively hung around the upperclassmen baseball players, he was able to get Reagan the tropical punch hookah he so enjoyed to blow out in circles, and, by extension, whatever the fuck Reagan asked him to get for his roommate. His brother was happy to accommodate, if only to keep his weird brother at bay. (they have very different reputations to uphold, you know)
"Oooohh," Reagan let out a low whistle. "That's still a thing, Kinley. I mean, he's hot. I don't see why you don't try to get at him more often," Reagan didn't have any hot studs he could hang around and receive sweet nothings whispered in his ear, so he tried to live vicariously through his roommate, who had more than her fair share of men to play with. The odd blowjob here and there behind the bleachers didn't really hold a guy off as much as he'd have liked, but Reagan knew most of the boys at this school were too afraid of their sexuality to try anything else with the boy in a dress. Scared straight. Haha. Reagan shrugged. "Your loss,"
"Ugh-ohmygod nO!" Reagan almost shrieked, laughing brightly at the thought. "I would never! He's not my type. Kenzie just said he'd been sleeping with-fuck, what's her name? Molly? The short one with mousey hair and the bump on her nose? And we all know she got the herp from Andy Rodriguez, so I just put two and two together." He sat back, looking proud of himself.

"He can?" Kinley asked, her eyebrows shooting up in surprise. She bit her lip as she tried to remember Reagan's brother's name. She wasn't sure if she had ever even been aware her roommate even had a brother. Reagan had probably mentioned it before, but Kinley often forgot things about others' personal lives. Even if it was beneficial to her. So Reagan had a useful brother? Well, that was convenient.
"It was a thing with Stefan, not for him." She rolled her eyes, shaking her head irritably. "And I don't try to get at him more because I'm done with him," she said as she shrugged her shoulders, hoping she looked more bored than irritated with the subject, "He's not that great in bed anyways, and I have other options." She knew she was right; the boys at Tidewater weren't exactly hard to get. They were all desperate for attention and sex, and she was sure she wasn't exactly a bad catch. "Why don't you try to get at him?"
She laughed as Reagan shrieked at her suggestion of sleeping with Dave, grinning wickedly at him. "Oh, Kenzie said it?" she sneered, rolling her eyes, "I wouldn't take her word for it. Kenzie is not pretty, and she's probably just pissed because Dave turned her down or something." She kicked at her comforter absently, beginning to grow bored of their small dorm room.

"Thing for, thing with. Whatever." Reagan shrugged. They sounded pretty similar to him. "Kinley, I don't know if you've noticed, but I'm about three cup sizes away from being his type," He motioned down to his flat chest. Occasionally he wore one of those cute patterned Victoria's Secret bras to help his outfits seem more natural, but it wasn't exactly a secret that Reagan wasn't as well-endowed as the rest of his feminine peers. Not that he really wanted to be, I mean he'd heard the horror stories that came with breasts, and he was fine with his boyish figure. "But if he ever decides to question his sexuality...and morals, tell him to come find me," He played, laughing. "The things I'd do to that boy. Mmm."
"Maybe true...but I'd still be careful," Reagan returned, biting at his bottom lip. She was right, of course. Kenzie wasn't much of a looker. Or anything of a looker. But Reagan had pegged Dave for just that kind of guy, so he wouldn't have been surprised if the guy really did have the clap or something. "We wouldn't want you getting an STD in your golden years. You're still so young, so beautiful," He teased.

"It's so not the same thing, Reagan," Kinley insisted, shaking her head vigorously. She giggled, nodding towards his chest. "And I don't think he's completely into boobs. Didn't he have a thing with that girl Ciera? I'm pretty sure she doesn't have the biggest chest." She stood and walked across the room, sliding onto her roommate's bed. "Besides, I think if you get enough drinks into him, anything is possible," she added with a grin.
She laughed and bounced on the bed boredly, searching the room with her eyes for something to do. "Don't worry," she said with a shrug, "I'm not trying anything with a guy you think has herpes. Even the thought of it is disgusting." She shuddered dramatically, making a disgusted face.
((hehehe, mine got even shorter than yours. my bad.))
