Jake nodded, leading her into the gym, "Alright, we can dance together a couple times though, and take a picture." he offered a smile.
Syra opened one eye and looked at Yulia, a smile crossing her face, "Hey, thanks. You look great too, I love that dress, pretty swanky." she opened her other eye and yawned.

Elizabeth giggled, looping one arm around around Chris'. "And this is Chris," She said with a little smile, noticing how bummed out he looked. It made her feel bad, since he likely wasn't expecting her to walk up to some attractive guy, but at the same time she knew how alone Austin would be if she hadn't approached him. That would have made her feel terrible as well.
"Thanks," She smiled, looking down at herself before looking Austin up and down. "You clean up pretty well yourself," she said, adjusting his hat a little bit. He looked absolutely fantastic.
"You didn't scoop up a date for yourself?"

Richard quickly stood off to the side for Ava to exit her dorm. As soon as she locked it he held out an arm so she could link her arm through his. "Are you ready to be part of the "in" crowd?" he said with a laugh.
Devin scoffed, "Of course not! It's a surprise until it happens." he said with a grin. Devin nodded absently, lifting another hand up to grip Theo's arm and squeezed it. "Yeah...lets just try to make it through the dance." he said with a grim expression, remembering the last time he went to a dance like this one.

Richard laughed. "I'm sure it will be." he shrugged, "Who doesn't love watching other people make a fool of themselves while dancing while you yourself are doing it simultaneously as well?" he asked with a smirk.
"Well...how about after the dance? We can get something to eat." He said as they made it to the doors that the music was blaring behind.

Ava laughed. "Well I will be one of them getting lauged at them. I suck at dancing" Ava said. "I can be on beat with drums but when it comes to moving my feet I'm lost" she said. She opened the door. "Man look at all of those pretty girl" she said looking at Richard. She didn't tell many oeople but at times she could think other people were betrer than her and that they looked better. She nodded.."sounds like a date" she said

"Eh, sometimes you need to just let loose and dance your worst. I can't dance that well either, too clumsy." he said with a bark of laughter as they walked in, a wall of music rushing into them once they stepped over the threshold. "Yeah, and guess what? You are one of them." he said with a small smile before taking her hand and spinning her out onto the dance floor.

Faith tilted her head, "Not much to be honest. I mean, I dating Braiden, you should remember him, all through high school and he's the one who got me pregnant." she took a deep breath. "He's the one who wanted me to get an abortion and told our parents. I refused the abortion and then my parents sent me here so they wouldn't have to deal with all of this." she looked down at her feet, sighing softly, the pain of the memories coming back to her.

Sophie nodded taking a sip of his drink before watching him walk off leaving her there. "Um...okay dick." she said pretty pissed he just walked away from her. What was the whole point of going to the dance with her when he just walks off? She frowned a bit and moved over to an empty table towards the back sitting down, at this point wishing she had alcohol with her.
Austin smiled to Chris shaking his hand before turning his attention to Elizabeth taking a sip of his drink. He smiled to her as she fixed his hat. "Thanks...and no I was sure all the girls were taking at this point. I decided to come here last minute just to get out of my dorm room." he told her which was the truth, but he didn't know what to do with himself since pretty much everyone was going to this. What was he going to do stay in the dorm room by himself? No.
"I love surprises." Theo said before placing his hand on top of Devin's squeezing it lightly. "We will be fine...at this point people should be used to us at this school." he told him hoping that would be true. He hated when people stared at them, he didn't like that kind of attention when he was with his boyfriend in public, it always bothered him.
