Stefan stared at his computer, frowning deeply. He didn't think whether to think this shit was real or a lie. Considering what other bullshit that damn blog said, he was reluctant to believe it. But he did. And he hated it. What was he supposed to do? According to the damn thing, she got an abortion. Was that a fact, or the truth? He huffed in frustration. What bad would it do if he just went into her room to ask? Would she mind? What if Kinley got mad? That was the least of his worries, honestly. He needed to know whether or not this actually happened.
He stormed out of his dorm in moments, though it took him a moment to realize he was still in boxers. He huffed and stomped back in, shoving on a pair of jeans--which probably weren't clean-- and then leaving. He had to know. Until he did, he knew sleeping, eating, showering, pissing, and other important activity in his humble little life would be delayed. He ran a hand through his hair, which only caused it to stick out randomly, though he didn't care. It wasn't very long before he was in the girl's dormitory, banging on Kinley's door, a door he knew too well.

This was a fucking joke. It had to be. No one could possibly know. Kinley stared at the blog, her mood swinging between angry, shocked, and panicked. She smashed angrily on the keys of her keyboard as she typed a quick comment. Denying was the best response, wasn't it? How did they know? It had to be a stupid rumor, that coincidentally turned out to be true. She felt her throat tighten, and her chest felt like someone was sitting on it. Tears began to sting her eyes, and she leaned forward, covering her face with her right hand. She felt sick all over again. She sat up quickly, startled by a knock on the door. It had to be her roommate. But Reagan had a key, didn't he? She stood cautiously, her head spinning and her legs shaking. She had to hold onto the wall for support, but she slowly made her way to the door. "Who is it?" she choked, not bothering to wait for an answer before opening her door. She fought the urge not to slam the door back closed when she saw who was standing on the other side. "Oh... Hey, Stefan," she managed, trying to sound casual.

Stefan waited impatiently at her door, hoping to God that she was actually in there, not in some random part of the school where he'd have to go on a literal man hunt to find her. He sighed when she spoke. Had she been crying? This was strange. "Was what that fucking blog said true?" he asked, inviting himself into her dorm room. "And don't lie to me Kinley, I'll know," he said, frowning. By how she looked, someone either died, or what the damn blog was true. That thought terrified him. He didn't want to be an almost-father, since if the damn post had been correct, she'd gotten an abortion.

Kinley narrowed her eyes at him as he walked right into her room, unwelcome. "What blog?" she tried carefully, trying to look as confused as possible. "Oh, you mean the Shark Tank? What'd it say?" Her voice wavered uneasily, and she knew it gave her away. She turned her gaze quickly, focusing on one of her dresses on her bed and willing herself not to cry or throw up. She caught a glimpse of the blog still open on her laptop next to it, but she figured he wouldn't notice. "Are you seriously here about that blog that you said is complete bullshit?"

Stefan frowned, "You know what I'm talking about Kinley," he said lowly, frowning. He wasn't there to play games. He needed to know whether or not the damn thing was a lie. "And you know what it said," he continued, folding his arms over his chest. If she wouldn't tell him, fine, but that would just prove it was true. His eyes fell onto her laptop, which clearly had the blog post pulled up, "Yes, I am," he told her, "Do you blame me? I have to know," he said, aggitated, "I have a right to."

Kinley's mouth fell open, and she brought her gaze to meet his again. "What right do you think you have?" she asked him angrily, "It was my decision!" She felt her knees shaking more noticeably now, and she plopped down onto her bed so she wouldn't fall, glaring up at him. "Why does it even matter? It's done! What difference does it make if you know or not?"
Eli grinned as he pulled his car into a spot in the parking lot nearest to the girls' dorms. He quickly grabbed both of the Krispy Kreme boxes from his passenger seat before stepping out of the car and locking it. The underside of the bottom box warmed his hands as he carried them into the dorm, making his way to Allie's dorm room. He'd only seen it once before, from the outside, but he easily remembered where it was and was standing in front of it within minutes. "Doughnuts for Miss Allie!" he called as he knocked on her door with one hand, balancing the boxes in his other arm. He ignored the stares from a few girls standing in the hallway, obviously wondering why he felt the need to yell when Allie could probably hear him through the thin door if he spoke in a normal tone of voice.

Stefan narrowed his eyes when she spoke, "The right to know whether or not it's a lie," he said, frowning. He just wanted to know whether or not she'd actually been pregnant, though that question had been answered. He watched as she sat down, "Why didn't you tell me you were pregnant, if it's apparently my kid?" he asked, still startled by the fact that he got a girl pregnant. He used condoms every time, except for twice, but neither of those times were with Kinley or in a girl's proper hole.
Allie waited patiently for her doughnuts, beginning to doubt he was actually bringing them. He probably just said he was going to, to make her happy. But it would make her happy if he brought them. She wanted warm Krispy Kremes already. If he wouldn't bring them, she wouldn't mind going out to get them herself. Well, she would, but she had the ability to get over herself in situations like that, so it wouldn't matter. However, it was just then that she heard a knock on her door and Eli's voice. She grinned and shrieked a little, "Oh my god!" she cried, springing off her bed and bounding to the door. She swung it open, to see Eli, and grinned wider, "Oh my god!" she cried again, laughing, "I didn't think you were actually getting any! I was beginning to think you lied!" she said, happy. She grabbed his arm and pulled him in, excited now that he actually got her doughnuts. "And I can't believe you got so many! Did you spend all you cash?" she asked, laughing.

Kinley shrugged, her shoulders shaking slightly. "Why would I tell you if I knew what I was going to do already?" she questioned, wondering if he was going to get angry or yell at her. Or maybe he would be happy with her decision. Either seemed likely, but she didn't really know which way it would go. "Come on, we both know it's better this way," she said as calmly as she could, although she began to feel the sharp pains in her stomach again. She felt terribly about her decision every day, and she wondered if it would make him feel sick like it always did for her. She doubted it. He hadn't experienced it.
Eli laughed as he heard Allie shrieking through the door and grinned at her when she opened the door for him, pulling him in by the arm. "Why would I lie?" he asked, holding the boxes out for her to grab one. "And of course I didn't spend all my cash; I only got two dozen! I had to make sure I had enough for your Mercedes and other crap."

"Because I could at least know!" Stefan said, huffing. It wasn't like he wanted a kid--that definitely wasn't it--but he felt like he had the right to know that she had been pregnant. As far as he had known before, they were just having sex and that was it, but then she got pregnant. He considered himself lucky that she got an abortion, "I know, but you could've told me," he said with a frown, his fists clenching. He shoved his hands into his pockets and sighed. This was too much. He couldn't believe that she had been pregnant. That was insane. He knew it could've happened, but he never really considered it actually happen.
Allie grabbed a box from him happily, "I don't know, but I'm happy now. I actually really wanted some doughnuts," she said, shutting the door behind them before walking to her bed. She plopped down onto the mattress before scooting back against the wall, patting the spot beside her, "Two dozen is a lot! Just because I said I've eaten a dozen doesn't mean I can now!" she said, though was grinning, "Good! I'm glad you got me my Mercedes and crap," she said, chuckling.

"Well I tried to tell you about it the other day," Kinley spat, rolling her eyes, "I mean, it was still after the fact. But I tried to tell you at that night at the party when I saw you, but you went to talk to that girl Elizabeth." The night was in bits and pieces, but she definitely remembered finding him and considering telling him. He had called her Kristen and left her to go talk to a leggy blonde. She exhaled irritably, glaring at him. "Look, I really don't want to talk about this," she said, feeling pretty nauseous now, "Now you know. That's what you wanted, right?"
Eli placed the other box onto the bedside table near him and scooted back onto the bed next to her. "Yeah, well I have to eat too," he said with a laugh, "And maybe I can eat more than a dozen." He nodded, grabbing a hot doughnut from the box and taking a huge bite out of it. "Yeah, I parked your new car out front. I hope you like it," he joked.

Stefan frowned, "You should've told me the moment you found out," he said, knitting his eyebrows. Regardless that she'd gotten pregnant through casual sex, he wanted to of her pregnancy status. "Well you could've told me when i was sober. You know I won't listen if we're both drunk," he continued, making a face. Though, it bothered him that she didn't just tell him right away. It wasn't like he would've pressured her into anything.... except getting rid of it, of course. "Yeah, but... how long ago was it?" he asked, curious to know whether it had been recent or not, since he didn't remember the last time they had sex.
Allie smiled, "Of course! But still, twenty-four damn doughnuts!" she said, laughing. She opened the box and smiled at the doughnuts, picking out the yummiest-looking one and taking a bite of it. She grinned, "That would make me feel so sick," she said, though chuckled. Hell, she could eat that many if she was hungry enough, and if the doughnuts were all amazing. "Awesome, now let me go take it out for a spin," she said jokingly, taking another bite of her doughnut.

"Like I would have been able to tell you when I was sober," Kinley scoffed, pulling her legs up onto her bed. She wasn't shaking very much now, and she didn't feel as angry or upset. She did, however, still feel sick; she tried not to move around too much, afraid that she would lose the contents of her stomach. "And I didn't want to tell you until after, in case you didn't agree with me." She shrugged when he spoke again, thinking back carefully. "It was about a month ago. When I took care of it, I mean."
"Twenty-four doughnuts is nothing," Eli said seriously, finishing off his first and reaching for another, "Try almost two pizzas by yourself. Now that was brutal." He laughed, turning slightly on the bed to face her more easily. "As long as I get shotgun. It's only fair."

Stefan frowned, "You should have, though," he said, frowning. He just wished she had told him when this happened, since he felt like an idiot for not knowing. Wasn't it important for him to know? He thought it was, since he was the father of it. Sure it was gone now, but still. "Well I would've let you do what you wanted. I would've liked to know you were pregnant though," he said, frowning at the thought. Was it too hard for her to tell him that he knocked her up? "When did you get it, though?" he asked curiously, biting his tongue.
Allie shrugged, "For two people? It is. But for you? I guess it's reasonable," she said, smirking. Guys just ate boatloads. It was kind of amusing to watch them eat, but it made her jealous how they never gained weight after eating so much. Her eyes widened when he spoke, "Why the hell did you eat two pizzas by yourself?" she asked, laughing. That did sound brutal. She took another bite of her doughnut, "Nah. You can sit in the trunk of my car. Don't worry, I'll put a blanket in there so you're cozy," she said, snickering.

"Well I didn't," Kinley said with a shrug. She wondered why he was still insisting on her having told him sooner. It was done, and it was obvious he wasn't pissed at her decision. So why did it matter? "I got it the same week I found out," she mumbled, remembering how terrible that entire week had been for her. It was over now though, and although it still made her upset and sick, she felt relieved.
Eli shrugged, already reaching for a third doughnut although he still had half of one in his hand. "I was hungry enough to eat two pizzas," he told her with a grin, "So I did. But I was regretting it by that last slice." He laughed and nodded when she spoke again. "Well that's good, at least I'll be cozy."

Stefan sighed when she spoke, though forced himself to nod, "Okay, thank you for telling me, finally," he said, rubbing his shoulder. He just didn't understand why he didn't know right away. Well, he did, but it would've been better if he actually had known. He felt like an idiot right then, "So, are you okay?" he asked, raising a brow down at her. She looked fragile, in a way, and it made me feel bad that this happened. Though, he had to constantly remind himself that it was already over.
Allie laughed, "I didn't know it was possible to eat two pizzas at once," she said, gasping. The most she'd ever eaten was half of a pizza. And that was too much for her, "That's crazy Eli. I'm surprised you didn't die," she said jokingly, shaking her head. Pizza was life, but two pizzas for one person? That sounded insane. "Of course you'll be cozy. What kind of friend would I be if I didn't let you stay cozy?" She asked, laughing.

"Well I didn't really have a choice," Kinley laughed bitterly, rolling her eyes, "Someone publicly did it for me, and now everyone knows." She wondered how long it would be before people forgot about it. They probably wouldn't, she thought. It would follow her around for the rest of her time at Tidewater, maybe even after that. She raised her eyebrows in surprise when he asked her if she was okay. "I'm fine," she said, slightly irritated that he had asked her that. She had handled it for a month on her own; she didn't need anyone pretending to care now.
Eli shrugged. "Wouldn't that have been the best way to die?" he asked her, laughing, "Death by pizza." He leaned back against the wall and began to study his surroundings. Her room was a lot cleaner than his, well his half of his room at least. He raised an eyebrow, shaking his head. "The kind of friend who makes their friend sit in the trunk," he said, grinning at her. "So, I have to ask. What's with you and that guy Brandon?"

Stefan shrugged, "Still," he said, frowning. He felt very out of the loop, considering he had been the damn thing's dad. He huffed when she spoke, unsure what he should say about that. He did feel bad that the whole school knew, but there was nothing that he could've done to change that. He nodded when she spoke, "That's good," he said, frowning. "I guess I'll leave you now..." He said slowly, since she was so clearly annoyed with him.
Allie nodded vigorously, "That's an awesome way to die, she said with a grin, "If I ever die by pizza, because now I want to, don't be sad, since I would've died in the best way ever," she said, laughing. That was amazing. There was never too much pizza, but who knew how long it would take to die. She cracked up when he spoke, "I'm such a great friend," she said, laughing. That was amazing. She shrugged when she spoke, "Oh I don't know. I guess we're together or something, but I'm not sure," she answered, "And what about you? How many girls have come up to you wanting you already?" She asked, chuckling.

Kinley nodded and stood up from the bed to open the door for him, eager for him to leave so she could be alone again. She paused with her hand on the doorknob, turning to look back at him. "Why doesn't it bother you that everyone knows?" she asked curiously. He didn't seem to be upset by the fact, and she didn't understand how. "I mean, literally the entire school will know now."
"Don't worry, I'll try not to be too sad when that happens," Eli said, laughing, "But I will be upset if I'm not invited to eat the pizza with you. Considering I was kind enough to bring you so many doughnuts, you can share a few pizzas with me." He paused as she spoke, and he nodded slowly, still not really sure what she meant. So they were together? "So he's your boyfriend?" he asked, cocking an eyebrow at her. He shook his head at her questions, wondering why she would assume he would have girls all over him. "Nah, I haven't really had a lot of girls approach me," he said. He knew it was a lie. Girls had tried to talk to him, usually about the stunt he pulled for homecoming votes, but it had always been pretty awkward and short.

Stefan shrugged, "It's because I know you're capable of denying it, and because you're strong. You can get through it," he said honestly, shrugging his shoulders. He didn't doubt that she would get upset over this, but he figured she would be okay, and that she wouldn't cry more. "And? Show them that you don't give a fuck, since you shouldn't," he said, smiling a little and going towards the door.
"Good, please throw a party. Not a sad party, but a happy party where you celebrate and dance," Allie said, grinning. "Okay, then I'll invite you when I have pizza next time, okay! But, as long as you invite me to your dorm next time you have pizza," she said, grinning faintly. She shrugged her shoulders at his question, "I honestly don't know. Maybe?" she asked, leaning the back of her head against his shoulder and finishing her first doughnut, "Oh damn. That's surprising though. They talk about you, a lot," she said, shaking her head. "So how many doughnuts have you had?" she asked, taking another doughnut and taking a bite.

Kinley felt both of her eyebrows shoot up in surprise. "I'm more than capable of denying it," she said with a shrug, turning the doorknob and pulling the door open for him slowly, "I don't know why you're assuming I'm strong though." She stepped aside so he could get through the doorway. "And I don't give a fuck. But I will find whoever wrote this."
"I swear that next time I'm craving pizza, I'll give you a call," Eli said with a laugh, grabbing another doughnut from the box. He studied it for a moment, pleased with the size. "So you and Brandon," he started, taking a bite of his doughnut, "You're together, but he's not your boyfriend." He considered this for a moment, eventually deciding it made sense to him. He wondered if they had been together when he saw them at the party. "Really? What do they say about me?" He paused, grabbing for another doughnut and holding up three fingers to her to indicate this was his fourth one.
