I'm tired of being what you want me to be
Don't know what you're expecting of me
Become so tired, so much more aware
I'm becoming this, all I want to do
Is be more like me and be less like you
Pharo is a complicated boy who can be warm one second and cold the next, it all a depends on how he woke up that morning. He could be the funniest and nicest guy you have ever met one minute then a complete douche the next. He tends to get competitive when playing rugby and football, he also likes to wrestle, but after his brother Augustas took up the sport, he dropped it completely. Pharo doesn't like his brother, plain and simple. There are many reasons behind it that will be explained later. When it comes to the mention of his brother Pharo closes down and becomes stoic, betraying nothing but anger.
Can't you see that you're smothering me,
Every step that I take is another mistake to you.
Pharo spent a lot of his time at school playing sports and hanging out with his buddies. He was popular, that was obvious and everything that was going on around him was good. Until he met his biological brother that he had never known about.
Augustas showed up at the end of Pharo's freshman year of high school, coming out of the blue. At first it seemed that they would get along perfectly, until Pharo discovered that Augustas had found him in order to do a project about how adoption impacts the bond between brothers. He felt betrayed and more like a tool than a brother.
He started to hate him. Augustas has no clue that Pharo knows about his project and so he thinks everything is okay.
Pharo wanted to get away from Augustas as fast as he could, so he transferred to Tidewater, but to his dismay Augustas transferred with him, thinking that it was all a good idea, but it only made Pharo resent him more. Augustas outshines him in everything, almost as if he is purposely making Pharo feel like the lesser brother.
Despite the annoyance of his brother Pharo tries to have a good time and likes to just go out and explore the new city around him.
Feeling so faithless, lost under the surface
Don't know what you're expecting of me

Can't you see that you're smothering me,
Holding too tightly, afraid to lose control?
'Cause everything that you thought I would be
Has fallen apart right in front of you.
Pharo was born to Brock and Siar Ledell about two years after they had Augustas. Pharo hadn't been planned. Brock and Siar only wanted one child. One son. They turned their noses up at him and put him up for adoption not even two days after his birth.
He was adopted soon after and knew that fact. It was pretty obvious considering that his adopted parents were white, but he didn't care. He loved his parents. They spoiled him (but enforced the rules) and his other adopted siblings, giving them the best lives possible. Their family values are strong and they are very close knit. Pharo was the eldest and took care of his siblings, always being their protector.

And every second I waste is more than I can take.
Pharo keeps in touch with his adopted siblings, the ones he considers more of a sibling than his biological brother. He spends a lot of time outside of his dorm room avoiding Augustas as much as possible.

Despite the annoyance of his brother Pharo tries to have a good time and likes to just go out and explore the new city around him.
And I know
I may end up failing too.
But I know
You were just like me with someone disappointed in you.
